Delicious Banana Flapjacks!

Quick and easy, no fuss, 2 Bananas, 2 eggs, whisk till smooth, really it’s as easy as that. I tossed in a dash of of vanilla essence, and then fried ( non stick pan, spray and cook) up these delicious  flapjacks for the kids for breakfast. Serve with some maple syrup on the side – making for a delicious gluten free snack. Absolutely fabulous. 🙂
